What is Cave diving?

Cavern and caves have always taken an important part of the human being culture, used as shelters, or as curiosity or exploration place. They also take an important part in beliefs and behavior of the people in the world.

Cave diving combines water, darkness, and overhead environment. These factors are considered stressful for a human being.

Cave diving courses

"Your instructor takes time to take care of you, at your own pace, in a small group or within a Personalized Development Program (PDP) course, leading the student to the highest level of training. A newly certified cave diver, as well as an experienced cave diver, needs practice and repetition to become a safer and more confident diver. So, less practice should not be permitted.”

Cave diving and Springs diving spots

Florida is one of the best destinations  in the world  to learn and to practice cave diving.
Weather and water temperature helps the instructor to work with his students, we can find caves for beginners and for experienced cave divers using mixed gas such as Nitrox, Trimix to reach these deep caves.
Peacock Springs, Charles Spring, Little River, Madison Spring, Devils Eye and Devils Ear in Ginnie Springs are great caves which attract people from all over the world.

Cave divers used to be aware of the cave environment. Nowadays, because of the number of cave divers growing worldwide the increasing "traffic" damages the fragile cave systems. We, cave divers, and especially cave Instructors, must become ambassadors, showing a good example. Our technique, respectful cave awareness can be passed on to the next generations.
In the article we will talk about different things that can help reduce cave damage. - Clean water - Training and practice - Know our motivations - Visualize - Proper equipment configuration
